What is the difference between Lifetime and Monthly?
Lifetime is $399 once: full contact details for every business in the dashboard and unlimited exports, with nothing to renew. Monthly is $59/month: you browse every list, and each business you export unlocks for good and counts once against 150,000 new businesses a month. Cancel anytime.
Do I pay per lead or per export?
No. Both plans cover every industry and every state in the database, 17,949,230 businesses in all, with no credits and no per-export fee. Each export holds up to 500,000 rows, in CSV files of up to 100,000 rows each. On Monthly, exporting a business you have exported before is always free.
What happens when I reach 150,000 on the Monthly plan?
Exports that month still include every business you have exported before; new businesses wait until your next billing month. Unused results do not roll over. Lifetime has no limit.
Can I get a refund?
Lifetime: yes, in full, until you export your first list. Searching and looking through results does not affect it. Monthly: cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the month you paid for; monthly payments are not refunded. See the refund policy at https://retaileads.com/refund-policy.
Can I see what I am buying first?
Yes. Every industry and every state has its own page on this site showing exactly how many businesses it contains, how many have an email, the top cities, and sample rows.
